Lisa Marie Santamarta is a partner at DiStefano Law with more than 15 years of experience advocating for the rights of others. She earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2011, where she served on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review.

Lisa Marie concentrates her practice primarily in personal injury — both pre-suit and litigation — handling automobile, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, medical malpractice claims, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall injuries, animal attacks, negligent security, and other serious accidents. Licensed to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia, she combines extensive legal experience with a steadfast commitment to protecting her clients' rights and pursuing the maximum compensation available under the law.

Lisa Marie also guides individuals and families through the federal immigration system — from green cards and citizenship to family petitions and removal defense. Fluent in English and Spanish, she counsels clients in the language they are most comfortable speaking, and like the firm she practices with, she handles your matter herself — no call center and no being passed around.
