The name on the door is the name on your case.

Robert DiStefano is the founder and managing attorney of DiStefano Law. Since establishing the firm in 1987, he has concentrated his practice on representing individuals injured as a result of negligence — including claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, wrongful death, and other personal injury matters.

Mr. DiStefano earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1982.

For more than four decades, Mr. DiStefano has represented clients throughout Florida in both pre-suit and litigation matters. His practice emphasizes thorough case preparation, strategic advocacy, and direct client communication. He has handled claims involving catastrophic injuries, complex liability issues, and substantial damages, and he has successfully resolved cases through settlement, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

"For more than forty years the work has been the same — take the case the insurance company hopes you'll settle, and prove what it is really worth."
